By accessing or using the The House of Giles Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the The House of Giles Marketplace.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through The House of Giles Marketplace, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, company name, shipping address, mailing address, date of birth, EIN number/social security number, billing details, et cetera.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for updating the content on your store.  Please note, we do not allow any insurrection type of material, content, or products to be sold on our marketplace.  Pornographic, terroristic, drug use, and prejudicial content is forbidden.  Please note, vendors selling food products must adhere to safe food handling and distribution laws in your respective state and city.  Any claims and liabilities will be the exclusive responsibility of the vendors and not The House of Giles Marketplace.  

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
